After graduating from UNCG in 2003, Megan began her career in cancer genetic counseling at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.  In 2005, Megan returned to North Carolina and spent one year working alongside beloved colleagues in cancer genetics at UNC Hospital.

Megan and her husband moved to New York City during the summer of 2006 where she pursued an opportunity for a clinical and research position at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).  During the past 15 years, Megan has been fortunate to gain experience and develop skills both as a clinician and in an administrative capacity at her institution.  As an operational and clinical manager of the Clinical Genetics Service at MSKCC, she develops and implements administrative processes while acting as a liaison between the clinical, administrative, laboratory and research teams. In this role, Megan’s drive is to support her team of genetic counselors in fulfilling their mission to provide excellent care to patients and their families at-risk for hereditary cancer. She focuses on advocating, promoting growth opportunities, and serving as a resource for her individual team members.

Megan currently lives in New York, New York with her husband (Peter), 6 year old son (Duke), and 3 year old daughter (Madison).
