Brief Bio
Greetings, my name is Canyon Darcy. I grew up in Austin, TX and went to film school for my undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. After working in video production for six years, I decided to pursue a new career in genetic counseling. While completing the prerequisites needed to qualify for grad school programs (which turned out to be every single one of them), I worked as a genetic counseling assistant at GeneDx. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, cooking, starting projects, playing tennis, swimming laps, and sitting in the sauna.
